Expectations for Our Suppliers


CSM Bakery Solutions is proud to release a Supplier Code of Conduct detailing the expectations CSM Bakery Solutions sets for its third party suppliers.

Suppliers are held to the same standards of integrity to which CSM Bakery Solutions holds its colleagues. An unethical or illegal act of a supplier may hurt the reputation of CSM Bakery Solutions and cause a loss of goodwill in the communities served. Therefore, all suppliers must comply with the Supplier Code of Conduct as a condition of doing business. Suppliers include any third-party, consultant, service provider, contractor, supplier of raw materials, ingredients or packaging components.

CSM Bakery Solutions is committed to ensuring that working conditions are safe, that workers are treated with respect and dignity, and that manufacturing processes are environmentally responsible. CSM Bakery Solutions' suppliers are obligated, in all of their activities, to operate in full compliance with the laws, rules and regulations of the countries in which they operate. This Supplier Code of Conduct draws upon internationally recognized standards in order to advance social and environmental responsibility.

Moving forward, suppliers will be presented with and must agree to the Supplier Code of Conduct before partnerships are made or business is conducted. Enforcing these standards will allow CSM Bakery Solutions to continue operating with the utmost professional integrity and the highest quality of goods.
